It is worth noting that since February 2007 Jordan has imposed a qualitative fee of 4.5 dinars on imported footwear manufactured from genuine leather, whereas other footwear having textile and other materials have been imposed to a qualitative fee ranging between 0.5 to 1.5 dinars.
